First and foremost, please remember that this particular feature is (1) still under development, (2) constantly changing, (3) always looking for feedback, (4) not exactly easy to build, (5) not completely functional yet, and (6) made for the fencing community. So, please, use it, give me feedback, and understand that this thing will change still as its still under active development. Maybe a little, maybe a lot, and maybe right under your feet while you're using it, so use with care.
The only data that is absolutely required is the City and State fields, denoted by red asterisks. Everything else is conditional or optional, and the data displayed will depend upon what is entered. The 
icons represent a tooltip. Hover your mouse over them to display relevant information.
